Parent Volunteer Information

All volunteers must complete an application and receive prior approval before working in the classroom.

This is the application process:

  1. Fill out the online volunteer application http://volunteerapp.lausd.net (print and sign)
  2. Complete the volunteer requirement form (in the office or the parent center)
  3. Complete the LAUSD volunteer requirement form (in the office or online)
  4. Must have a TB TEST which is good for 4 years.* If you are a past volunteer and the TB test is within date range, we can use it at this time. The TB form is kept in the office for the following year and will be pulled once your application has been received.
  5. OPTIONAL - In some instances, parents must have fingerprinting done. Please see the button below for directions.

 Once you have all the required paperwork, please drop it off in the office or the parent center care of Lisa Greenfield.

 ** PLEASE make sure you apply to the correct campus when completing the online volunteer form. If your child is in the magnet, fill out the magnet application only.

If you need help printing the application, you can print it in the parent center. I am here to help you.

 

 Please Note- If you are planning to go on a field trip at any time during the year, you must complete a volunteer application. The application must be completed at least a month prior to the fieldtrip. NO exceptions.
