COMPETITION DAY
DATE: June 7th.
ADDRESS: TBA but probably Birmingham High School.
TIME: We have two competitions. An AM competition at (9.30am to 12.30pm) and a PM competition (3pm-6pm). The competition lasts about 2,5 hours but I added a half an hour margin.
PM: Call time is 2PM.
ATTIRE: Formal! Think graduation or a wedding. No jeans, no shorts, etc. Boys: dark slacks, button up shirt. Girls, a dress no shorter than to the knees. No professional ballroom attire is needed. Just look the best you can, matching the style of dance you’ve been selected for. If you wear heels, they need to be dance heels (soft underneath) so they don’t harm the floor! Boys, make sure your shoes don’t leave scuff marks. A one colored athletic shoe is acceptable since we must protect the floors.
The kids are dressing up and it’s encouraged for us adults to also do so.
PARKING: On the premises.
SCHOOLS IN AM COMPETITION IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER WITH SASH COLOR. YOU CAN USE THE SAME COLOR FROM LAST YEAR. NEW SCHOOLS, LET ME KNOW WHAT COLOR YOU PICK.

TICKETS
The office will collect the ticket money from the parents/relatives. They can also be bought at the door but will cost $5 more. I will get back to you about ticket price and max number of guests when the venue is 100% locked in.
